Welcome to Spirit Timothy. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any spiritual consultation services booked through it.

By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Services
Spirit Timothy provides spiritual consultations intended to offer personal reflection, spiritual discussion, guidance and support based on Tim Howard’s lived experience, personal spiritual journey and understanding.

These consultations are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional healthcare services.

Tim Howard is not acting as a doctor, psychologist, counsellor, therapist or other registered health practitioner through these consultations.

Nothing discussed during a consultation should be regarded as a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for appropriate professional advice or care.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health issue, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. Personal Responsibility
Spiritual consultations are intended to support personal reflection and exploration.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions and wellbeing before, during and after a consultation.

Any ideas, perspectives or spiritual concepts discussed during a consultation are offered for your consideration. You are free to accept, reject or interpret them according to your own experience and judgement.

No particular personal, spiritual, emotional, financial or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Bookings and Payment
Consultations must be booked through the booking system provided on this website unless otherwise arranged.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been provided.

4. Consultation Packages
Where a package of multiple consultations is purchased, payment for the entire package is made upfront.

A three-session package includes three individual consultations and is intended to provide continuity over multiple sessions.

All sessions included in a package must be used within three months of the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unused sessions remaining after this period may expire.

Packages and unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed in advance.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available time.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the session may be treated as used and the consultation fee may not be refundable.

Exceptions may be considered where circumstances outside your reasonable control prevent you from attending.

If Spirit Timothy needs to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you will be offered an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, you will be entitled to a refund for the affected paid session.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any refund, remedy or other right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Online Consultations
Consultations may be conducted by video call or another agreed online communication method.

You are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection and private environment for your consultation.

Technical problems can occasionally occur. Where a significant technical issue prevents a consultation from proceeding, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or otherwise resolve the issue.

7. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during a consultation will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

Information will not ordinarily be disclosed to another person without your permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or where there is a serious concern regarding immediate safety.

Please be aware that no internet-based communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Recording Consultations
Consultations must not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, reproduced or distributed by either party without the prior agreement of everyone involved.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the written material, branding, original content and other material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Spirit Timothy.

Website content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially distribute substantial portions of this website’s original content without permission.

10. Website Information
The information provided on this website is general in nature.

While reasonable care is taken when preparing website content, no guarantee is made that all information will always be complete, current or suitable for every individual circumstance.

The website may occasionally be changed, updated or temporarily unavailable.

13. Respectful Conduct
Consultations are intended to provide a respectful environment for open discussion.

Spirit Timothy reserves the right to end or refuse a consultation where there is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or otherwise seriously unacceptable behaviour.

Where a service is ended or refused under this section, any refund entitlement will be considered having regard to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

14. Privacy
Personal information collected through this website or in connection with consultations will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time you purchase a service will generally apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
